Team Leaders for specific trips are appointed by the Grace Church Minister of Global Outreach, and must attend all required trainings. Requirements include membership at Grace Church, spiritual maturity, relational intelligence, & experience on at least one previous missions trip with Grace Church. The Leader is responsible to schedule and execute the pre-trip team training sessions in coordination with the Minister of Global Outreach, and serves as the primary contact shepherding the team through the season of fundraising and preparation time leading up to the trip.
