Team Leaders for specific trips are appointed by the Grace Church Global Outreach Director, and must attend a required Leader Training Course. Requirements include spiritual maturity, relational intelligence, & experience on at least one previous missions trip. The Leader is responsible to schedule and execute the pre-trip team training sessions in coordination with the Global Outreach Director, and serves as the primary contact shepherding the team through the season of fundraising and preparation time leading up to the trip.
